Postcard Companies' Effect - 

Post Card Companies operate by sending postcards (hence their name) to timeshare owners announcing a local meeting in the owners hometown. The owners are asked to call a toll free number to reserve a seat at a presentation and are told that they will be offered a contract on their timeshare unit. Wolf Run Manor at Treasure Lake, DuBois, PA  -

There are 8000 acres here, enough room for two timeshare communities, (The “Crown Resorts” of Silverwoods and Wolf Run), and a substantial residential neighborhood around the two lakes. Check-in is at the office, just off the main road and before you get to the security gate. We arrived just one minute before closing but were treated very graciously.
